Clinical Lead Mental Health Professional
This is a key role within the Adult and Community Mental Health team.
* Deliver high-quality mental health care to older adults through community-based services, focusing on compassionate and person-centered approaches.
The position involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex mental health needs of elderly individuals. You will have opportunities to provide expert clinical leadership as a senior clinician in our service area.
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans for complex cases in partnership with colleagues from various disciplines
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with other healthcare professionals, fostering collaborative networks that enhance patient outcomes
3. Liaise closely with the multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists etc., promoting seamless communication for high-quality patient care
