What you’ll be doing:
🩺 Leading and mentoring your clinical team
📋 Overseeing care plans, assessments, and audits
👥 Supporting staff to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care
💊 Managing AN-ACC/ACFI and ensuring compliance
❤️ Driving a positive, caring culture across the facility
About you:
✔️ Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
✔️ Previous experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator in aged care (essential)
✔️ Confident with AN-ACC/ACFI, accreditation, and compliance
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Passionate about aged care and making a genuine impact
