About the Role
As a Senior Network Engineer, your responsibilities will include providing network engineering expertise in the areas of data networks, storage networks, cabling, application load balancing, firewalls and security; emphasis on operational stability and project delivery including design, planning, structure/execution and operational transition.
Responsibilities
* Perform build and configuration activities related to the project plan defined in the project architecture
* Identify best practice technical standards, practices and policies to support the delivery of robust and appropriate solutions to support projects and programmes.
* Contribute to domain strategies and roadmaps using hands-on experience to provide insight into technology implementation in real-world scenarios.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation related to technical standards and services across the group.
* Transfer and transfer of knowledge about project solutions to IT operations teams
* Maintain good communication with customers, third party suppliers and contractors
Ideal Experiences
* Strong knowledge and industry experience with Palo Alto Networks Strata Firewalls and Palo Alto Networks Expedition.
* Experienced on working with Cisco (switching, router, HCI and/or firewall) design, installation and support experience
* Cisco CCNP certification
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Industry certificates
* Ability to travel to customer locations for on-site support

* Troubleshooting
