Job Description 
CEA (Construction Equipment Australia), part of the CFC Group, is embarking on a landmark Enterprise Systems Modernisation Program (ESMP) to replace its ERP/DMS platform and modernise its core infrastructure. We are seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead this enterprise-wide transformation across ERP and Infrastructure streams—ensuring delivery discipline, vendor governance, and sustainable business outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting to the CIO, with a dotted line to the CEO and ELT governance forums, you will:
- Lead the integrated delivery of ERP/DMS replacement and infrastructure modernisation.
- Oversee procurement, vendor evaluation, and sourcing (RFS/RFP).
- Manage scope, budget, risks, and interdependencies across multiple streams.
- Establish structured reporting to the CIO, CFO, CEO, and Board committees.
- Align executives, SMEs, and delivery partners around shared outcomes.
- Drive benefits realisation and business change management.
What You Bring
- 15+ years in programme/project delivery, including $50M+ ERP/Infrastructure transformations.
- Proven success with ERP/DMS platforms (e.g. SAP, Infor, Dynamics 365, Annata, Oracle, Maximo).
- Strong infrastructure experience: cloud, unified comms, contact centres, cyber uplift.
- Skilled in sourcing, vendor governance, and commercial negotiations.
- Board-level communication and stakeholder engagement.
- PMP or equivalent certification (MBA desirable).
Programme Scope & Impact
- Span of Control: Matrix leadership of 6–10 SMEs and project managers.
- Enterprise Reach: Impacts wholesale, retail, dealer network, and group IT services.
- Complexity: Multi-brand, cross-divisional, high regulatory/security overlay (DISP, ITAR, NIST).
- External Interfaces: ERP vendors, system integrators, infrastructure partners.
