Interior Designer and REVIT Technician
Kosloff Architecture is an award‐winning design practice and registered BCorp that specialises in public and educational architecture. We are currently seeking an ambitious and culturally engaged Interior Designer to join our growing team. We believe that the creation of an authentic and engaged practice culture is integral to producing high quality and lasting architectural design, and that the nature of the workplaces that we build should be equally aspirational in terms of what they provide for the people that work there, as well as collaborators, and the broader community.
We are looking for someone with:
* Strong design sensibility and an ability to independently detail interior spaces
* Experience in working on projects from inception to completion including site experience
* Ability to work autonomously and in a close‐knit team
* Excellent communication, graphic and documentation skills
* Highly proficient in Revit, Parametric modelling, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office. Enscape skills are mandatory.
* 3–5 years local experience
* Experience in interior design specifically within education and public sectors
Your responsibilities will be to:
* Develop the design concept through the design and documentation of interior spaces
* Manage the delivery of interior spaces from inception to completion
* Research materials, specifications and details
* Consider client budgets and expectations
* Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers to ensure the interior spaces are delivered to a high standard and is consistent with the brief
* Collaborate with the project team, both internal and external
