**Join our family in this role**:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer this is a great opportunity to use your workforce planning experience to partner with the various business units to develop and implement a workforce planning strategy.

Key responsibilities include the following;
- Develop and drive core workforce planning initiatives such as retail & distribution centre resource planning, time in motion studies, and productivity reporting and influence key stakeholders at all levels to enable the effective implementation of such initiatives.
- Provide regular analysis and insights on labour and productivity management activities including performance to sales target, performance to labour target, annual spend to forecast, attrition rates, headcount etc.
- Support the development and the regular analysis of cost management and governance processes. This will include the development of store level P&L, monitoring expenses at the store level and identification of lead cost efficiency initiatives.
- Support the allocation of the workforce to the stores, services and distribution centre based on demand, sales targets, probability including store headcount requirements, overtime, and other penalty payments in line with the company parameters and HR indicators.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure correct time and attendance approvals flows are set up
- Educate time and attendance approvers on system use and deadlines
- Participate fully in cross functional projects which have bearing on workforce planning initiatives such as payroll implementation and time and attendance system implementation
- Review quarterly SaaS releases and reporting where new functionality would benefit Baby Bunting.
- Work in conjunction with People Systems Applications Manager to refine time and attendance processes and implement new functionality as required.

**What you'll bring to the role**:
You will have an analytical approach and have the ability to work closely with key stakeholders to achieve strategic and financial outcomes. You are a strategic thinker and are able to implement fit for purpose solutions for workforce design and development.
- Minimum of 5 years workforce planning experience within either the Retail or other dynamic industries
- Experience in working with industrial instruments and Awards
- Experience in working with time & attendance systems-preferably UKG Dimensions or similar
- Experience in project management and presenting plans to a senior management.
- Demonstrated expertise in the productivity management, labour management and cost management
- Advanced or Master Level Excel skills
