Responsibilities
Based at our Penrith store, this full‐time role will involve working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
* Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers.
* Promote and expand the Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts.
* Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
* Support other team members to ensure business goals are met.
* Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
* Support local community and charitable organisations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers.
* Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job.
* Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to multi‐task and prioritise work effectively.
* Strong attention to detail.
