The Principal Commercial Analyst will development of financial models including options analysis discounted cash flow analysis, cost benefit analysis, risks analysis, and scenario analysis and provide financial due diligence to business case proposals to ensure financial viability, as well as monitoring the cost benefit realisation as the Supply Chain Branch evolves.
About Supply Chain Branch:
The Supply Chain Branch is in the Corporate Services Division (CSD) supporting the supply of clinical goods, pharmaceuticals and linen products to the Hospital and Health Services (HHS), Queensland Health.
The branch is comprised of functions critical to Queensland Health's supply response, including Warehousing and Logistics, Central Pharmacy, Linen Services supported by the Operations Group. This branch brings together an end-to-end supply chain management function from demand planning through to warehousing and distribution into a single integrated branch led by the Executive Director.
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis and commercial activities in a large scale in a commercial setting, preferably in either the health care sector or the supply chain sector.
Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project setting.
While not mandatory, professional and tertiary level qualifications in relevant areas such as financial management and policy, business management, or supply chain management would be favourably regarded.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
