Our Employment Tax practice consists of specialists with strong experience and credentials to deliver optimal outcomes for organisations in the areas of compliance review, preparation of returns, due diligence reviews, tax effective strategies, review of policies and systems, and pre audit checks.

We deliver effective solutions, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies, and private clients with spectacular results.
We are looking for a leader to take our Employment Tax team to the next level, as we solve our clients' most important challenges within our vast community of solvers.

As a leader in the Employment Tax team, you’ll make a real impact in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.
Use the know-how you've gained in Employment Tax consulting at either one of the Big 4 or a Tier 2 professional service organisation to help our team navigate an increasingly complex environment for clients through innovative solutions. As an expert in providing Employment Tax advice to employers from large corporations, SMEs and not for profits, you'll use your skills and experience to assist businesses with finance transformation and automation of employment tax compliance obligations which champion imaginative ways to solve our clients' most important challenges.
Along with your breadth of experience and skills (over 5 years), a keen eye for detail, effective communication and a collaborative approach to your work you will:
* Help employers meet their Australian employment tax and entitlements obligations including Fringe Benefits Tax, Superannuation Guarantee, Pay-As-You-Go Withholding, Payroll Tax, and Workers Compensation
* Partner with clients to provide assistance with regulatory reviews, investigations, disclosures and/or refund requests
* Support with finance transformation and automation of employment tax compliance obligations including the use of data analytics to provide relevant insights for decision making purposes
* Develop and provide employment tax advice to employers from large corporate, SMEs and not-for-profits
