What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Construction Settlements Officer. The key accountabilities of this role would be to:
•Prepare Loan Offers and Mortgage Documentation.
•Manage your pipeline and associated follow-up.
•Liaise with banks and solicitors to facilitate the settlement process.
•Book and arrange settlements, whether electronically or as otherwise required in each state.
•Work with brokers to facilitate progress claims.
•Liaise with valuers and quantity surveyors to facilitate the progress claims process.
•Order and assess inspection reports to support progress claim approvals and ensure construction milestones are met.
•Provide an exceptional customer experience to all parties involved.
•Prepare settlement figures and daily funding requirements.
