Maintenance Administrator Job Description

* Support the maintenance team with administrative tasks related to equipment and facility management.
* Coordinate maintenance activities including routine checks, repairs and replacements of equipment and facilities.
* Manage incoming service requests and allocate tasks to technicians or contractors ensuring timely and quality delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, costs and compliance documentation.
* Liaise with suppliers and contractors to procure necessary materials and services.
* Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and order replacements as needed.
* Provide support with reporting and analysis of maintenance performance and costs.
