About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role is central to the success of our restaurant, combining strong leadership, operational excellence and a genuine commitment to our customers, colleagues and brand.
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for front-of-house operations ensuring smooth day-to-day running while fostering a positive, professional and fun environment for both guests and staff.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Oversee all front-of-house operations
* Recruit, train and motivate team members
* Control staffing costs
* Plan menus in collaboration with the kitchen team
* Oversee stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety and food regulations
* Maintain high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness
* Lead and support marketing initiatives to drive business growth
* Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
