We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Security Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure and security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our growing network infrastructure, ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services. This role also involves planning and implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Checkpoint, Palo Alto, F5, and Cisco devices, supporting routing, switching, wireless, and voice technologies, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN)
* Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS)
* Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
* Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
* Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
* Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
* Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
* Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team
* Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
