A day in the life
As a Regional Manager for Ghanda Clothing, you will have direct responsibility for:
* Training and developing 5-8 Store Managers and their teams through facilitating training sessions, regular store visits, check‑ins, performance evaluations and reviews
* Monitoring store/team performance - customer service, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock management & staffing
* Ensuring effective succession planning through proactive recruitment, onboarding and training
* Monitoring store rosters and performance metrics to drive efficiencies and ensure continued growth
* Ensuring the following standards are in accordance with company expectations: training programmes, loss prevention protocols, safety measures, store cleanliness & maintenance reporting
* Coordinating the opening of new stores including staffing, stocking, and training
About you
We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone with:
* Demonstrated experience as a senior team leader, Multi‑Site, Cluster or Regional Manager
* Extensive experience in people management, visual merchandising, & inventory control
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Analytical and commercial acumen
* Their own reliable mode of transport and valid driver’s license
