About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our beautiful Stirling office with 80+ employees on site. Working with a national administration team to support business functions. This is a full time position working Monday – Friday.
Your Duties
* Managing Incoming telephone enquiries
* Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
* Front of house duties for the office, greeting clients & customers
* Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set
* Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation
* Completing site audits as required
* Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients
* Assisting with reporting as required
* Other additional administration duties as required
Role requirements
* Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
* Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
* Focus on providing exceptional customer service
* Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Willing to undergo a National Police Check
* Hold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
