$38 - $43 per hour (including 25% casual loading) plus 12% super.

About The Role
Supporting the Head Chef at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre by helping plan menus, prepare food, and deliver catering services for a range of events and venues.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of catering requirements for SEC functions, including food for large and small events, café, restaurant and buffet services.
* Perform all general cleaning duties in the catering areas of the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre and off‐site kitchens.
* Use kitchen for food preparation to the appropriate level of safety and hygiene.
Qualifications
* Certificate II or equivalent qualification in Hospitality/Catering or related field.
* Food handling certificate SITXFSA001 or equivalent certificate.
* Barista trained, equivalent experience, or willingness to obtain.
* Class C Driver's Licence.
* Working With Children Check.
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship.
