My client are seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to provide leadership across their acute and aged care services in the beautiful High Country region, within Victoria.
As NUM, you'll play a pivotal role in driving safe, high-quality care and supporting a dedicated nursing team.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability
Manage day-to-day unit operations, including patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation
Champion evidence based practice and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
About you:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse & Manager
Proven experience in nursing leadership or management
Strong communication and team building skills
Knowledge of quality improvement and contemporary healthcare practices
Passion for mentoring and developing others
