The Role: An incredible Senior Social Media Specialist role has arisen at an exciting time! As part of a great team you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Showpo’s social media presence, ensuring the brand is elevated, platform-native, and commercially impactful. This role owns the social content ecosystem across key channels, driving strategic content planning, creator and community engagement, and performance-led optimisation. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Ecom and Marketing, the Senior Social Media Specialist ensures social content strengthens brand world, deepens audience connection, and contributes to business growth - all with really exciting projects and plans for 2026! Read on Day to day, you will: Own the execution of Showpo’s social media strategy in alignment with broader marketing and brand goals Oversee and execute on the creation of high-performing social content across video, stills, storytelling series and reactive moments Ensure all content reflects Showpo’s elevated brand world, creative direction, and product priorities Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Design, Ecom and Campaign teams to deliver integrated social rollouts Act as the key point of contact internally for social execution, timelines, channel governance and delivery Monitor social performance across reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile activity and assisted commercial outcomes Deliver regular reporting and insights that translate performance into actionable improvements Ensure Showpo’s community engagement feels authentic, timely and aligned with brand voice Stay across emerging social trends, platform updates, tools and creator best practices Who are we looking for? 3 years experience in social media execution within a fast-paced brand environment (fashion desirable) Deep understanding of platform-native content, performance drivers, and social-first storytelling Proven ability to manage content calendars, workflows and cross-functional delivery Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and quality control Ability to confidently appear on camera, bringing a polished, brand-aligned presence and contributing to engaging team led content series A positive and highly motivating individual who brings the energy and vibes!
