We are currently looking for passionate, customer focused Section Waiters / Bartenders to join our dedicated team at one of our premier restaurants.
To be successful in this exciting position we require the following:
Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery.
Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.
Ability to manage a given section during service periods.
Experience in a high-paced, fine dining environment.
Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to work both autonomously and as a team.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine.
Hold a current RSA.
Excellent personal presentation.
Available to work nights and weekends.
Ability to develop relationships with a wide range of clients.
Be highly organised with the ability to think on your feet.
The successful applicant will be offered pay of $***** to $***** per hour (depending on day of the week and experience level) + tips as well as generous dining discounts across the group.
