Concrete Driver/Relief Batcher | Busselton, WA
Are you a self-motivated team player? We are looking for someone for our Busselton Concrete plant who is passionate about safety, results focused with awesome communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday with some Saturday work as required, and includes overtime and penalties. Experience is preferred; however, training will be provided to successful candidates.
About The Role
* Batching agitator trucks safely and efficiently
* Delivering concrete in an agitator
* Loading aggregate bins
* Housekeeping and yard duties
* Communicating with customers on a regular basis
* Placing orders for customers and internal stakeholders
* Operation of a front-end loader
Background And Experience Required
* Self-motivated and take pride in your work
* Have a HR licence or above
* Strong work ethic and excellent time keeping
* Can efficiently support individual customer requests
* Enjoy being part of a results-driven environment
* High regard for safety policies and procedures
* Very good IT skills and experience using Outlook and other software
* A front-end loader ticket and experience would be highly regarded
