Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) is crucial

**Accounts Officer (AP& AR)**
Construction/Building Services industry experience
Sound knowledge in MYOB/Xero
Circa $60K - $65K
**Client Service Officer - Perm FT**
Financial Planning industry experience
Sound knowledge in Xplan
Circa $60K - $70K
Your duties will comprised of:
- Reception & switchboard duties
- Meet and greet with customers
- General administration duties (filing, scanning, data entry, mail coordination etc)
- Database/CRM updates
- Correspondence to client queries and stakeholder liaison
- Calendar & Travel coordination
- AR/AP duties
- Invoice Processing
