About the role
The Mornington Inn is seeking an experienced Casual Waiter / Front of House Team Member to join our welcoming and energetic team. Located in the heart of Mornington, we pride ourselves on great food, quality drinks, and genuine hospitality.
As part of our front-of-house team, you'll play a key role in delivering a warm, efficient, and memorable experience for our guests in a fast-paced pub and bistro environment.

What you'll be doing
* Greeting and seating guests with a friendly, professional approach
* Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Delivering meals and drinks in a timely manner
* Providing menu and beverage recommendations when requested
* Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean, welcoming venue
* Assisting with general side duties including restocking and cleaning
* Working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams
* Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times

What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality or waitstaff role (pub or bistro experience preferred)
* A friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
* Good knowledge of food and beverage service, or a willingness to learn
* Availability to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork
* Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
