We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Group Production & Sourcing Coordinator to support the delivery of production across Brandbank's portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Group Production & Sourcing Manager, this role supports the coordination of printing, packaging, window display concepts, VM propping, campaign shoot production and marketing collateral. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end production workflows - from job setup and supplier coordination through to delivery and reporting - while partnering closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all work is delivered on time, on spec and to brand standards. THE ROLE: Support end-to-end production coordination, from job setup through to scheduling, freight and final delivery Liaise with print and production suppliers, supporting strong supplier relationships per project Assist with innovation across materials, substrates, technology and printing processes, with a focus on sustainability Coordinate production, stock holding and distribution of all brand packaging Support the creation and delivery of in-store signage across all brands Support preparation of installation schedules for window concepts Coordinate freight bookings for window concepts, promotional campaigns and in-store signage On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Previous experience within a VM or production function, with exposure to VM production Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong administration and organisational skills Confidence using MS Office, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat (Understanding of Adobe Suite and artwork requirements highly regarded) Exposure to VM packaging development (carry bags, gift packaging, product packaging) highly regarded Relevant tertiary qualification in Visual Merchandising or Design (highly regarded) Sound understanding of design, creative and pre-press production (desirable) Strong communication and negotiation skills Enthusiastic, confident and proactive working style Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines WHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?
