About the Role

1. Key Responsibilities:

2. Manage financial reporting across a portfolio of retail assets, including month-end, year-end, BAS, GST reconciliations, and tax forecasting.

3. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with Centre and Portfolio Managers to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
">
4. Deliver insightful management reporting with variance analysis and commentary for internal and external stakeholders.
">
5. Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automating reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of property finance activities.

6. Build strong relationships across the business, translating financial data into actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.

7. Requirements:

8. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CA/CPA certification.
">
9. Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial or management accounting, ideally within the retail property sector.
">
10. Strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Yardi and TM1.
">
11. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

12. High attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
