Facilities Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance, safety and functionality of commercial properties across Victoria and Tasmania.
The role involves conducting site inspections, coordinating contractors, arranging maintenance and repairs, engaging with stakeholders, monitoring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining reporting requirements.
Main responsibilities include:
* Managing a diverse property portfolio
* Ensuring compliance with building codes, OHS legislation and safety regulations
* Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders
* Coordinating small to large-scale projects
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facilities management, a proven track record in conducting site visits and managing contractors, and a current driver's license.
A tertiary qualification in building construction, facilities management or a trade would be highly regarded.
