About You
* You are a final-year Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathology student.
* You can work from our office in Ballarat.
* You are looking to gain industry experience while completing your studies.
* You thrive in a supportive and close-knit team environment.
* You embrace a learning mindset and prioritise continuous development.
* You are equipped to travel independently for community therapy sessions.
* You possess an NDIS Working With Children Check (or are willing to apply).
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's license.
Your Responsibilities
You will join your local team for approximately one day a week. While no two days will look the same, you will:
* Shadow experienced clinicians.
* Support the delivery of therapy under the supervision and mentorship of qualified professionals.
* Participate in team meetings and collaborative case discussions.
* Provide valuable administrative support to help the local team operate efficiently.
* Develop clinical resources that enhance therapy delivery and client outcomes.
* Undertake research tasks to support evidence-based practice and service improvement.
