This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced videographer and content producer to build a high-volume content engine.

This role is built for someone who thinks visually, shoots clean, edits with precision, and can translate ideas into polished, high-impact content that strengthens the brand every day.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
1. Shooting high-quality weekly content across interviews, reels, campaigns, events, and behind-the-scenes.
2. Editing 8–12 polished videos per week across both brand and executive channels.
3. Developing a consistent visual identity through colour, sound, pacing, and narrative.
4. Collaborating closely with senior leadership on concepts, scripts, and campaign direction.
5. Managing your own professional equipment, workflow, files, and creative tools.
6. Producing quarterly hero videos with elevated production value.
7. Staying ahead of platform trends, formats, and engagement shifts.
8. Creating cutdowns, repurposed edits, and modular assets for ongoing marketing use.
9. Ensuring all content aligns with brand quality standards and guidelines.
10. Supporting digital, events, and employer branding initiatives through tailored content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A strong portfolio showcasing short-form content, brand films, and clean, modern editing.
Your own full professional videography kit including camera, lenses, audio, lighting, and editing setup.
Experience shooting in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Competence in colour grading, audio balancing, and social-first storytelling.
The ability to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-volume output consistently.
A proactive, ideas-driven approach and a sharp eye for detail.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
Reliability, professionalism, and creative initiative.
