As Sales Manager, you'll take full ownership of the sales function across multiple services. You'll lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of Relationship Managers while overseeing the systems, processes, and culture that drive conversion and quality at every stage of the pipeline.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and managing the sales team to consistently achieve conversion targets
* Overseeing the quote-to-conversion pipeline, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met across every job
* Implementing and maintaining daily audit and quality review processes — including call monitoring, quote audits, and system adherence
* Coaching team members through structured one-on-one sessions using data — conversion rates, audit outcomes, and call reviews — to drive measurable improvement
* Managing underperformance proactively, with clear expectations, documented feedback, and escalation where required
* Leading onboarding and development of new sales staff through their first 90 days and beyond
* Reporting on team performance, pipeline health, and key sales metrics to senior leadership, with actionable insights and recommendations
* Collaborating with operations and management to align sales activity with business goals and referral partner expectations
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales leadership role, ideally within property, financial services, or a professional services environment
* A track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams
* Robust commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident leading meetings, delivering feedback, and engaging stakeholders at all levels
* A process-driven mindset with high attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and quality
* Experience with CRM or job management systemsA leadership style that combines accountability with genuine investment in people development
