Urgent Care Enrolled Nurse Role

About the Job
This role is ideal for an Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing nursing support for urgent conditions that are not immediately life-threatening.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, safe, and efficient nursing care for patients presenting with non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses.
* Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional care and share knowledge and expertise.
* Perform various clinical care activities, including wound care, plastering, and patient education.
* Maintain professional standards and safety by ensuring all care is delivered within your scope of practice and aligns with organizational policies.
Your Qualifications
* A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in Primary Care, Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical, Orthopaedics, or similar acute care areas.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle escalations, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
