We are seeking a strategic professional to lead our marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a multi-platform communications strategy aligned with corporate and brand direction.
* Contribute to the marketing communications strategy and its implementation to ensure successful brand concept execution across the marketing mix.
* Develop relationships with marketing teams, provide support to sales teams, product development teams, partners, and clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online and offline communication strategies, developing relationships with marketing teams, and executing results-driven communications initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Studies.
* Minimum 5 years of management experience within the services industry, preferably financial services and telecoms.
* Exceptional written, oral, proofreading, branding, design oversight, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Creative and innovative thinker, actively presenting new opportunities, proposing solutions, and recommending best practices.
* Proficient in computing skills (spreadsheets and Word).
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Good people management skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
* Event management experience.
* Strong coaching, training, and mentoring abilities.
* Report writing skills.
* Ability to supervise staff and maintain discipline.
* Pleasant personality and good rapport with customers.

* Broad experience of the Telecom Industry.
