Your new company
Our client, a commercial general contractor who specializes in base building and interiors across several sectors, including commercial, hospitality, education, retail and high-end restaurant projects. Their average project size ranges from $2-5 million. They are proud to have a team that values quick advancement, and a work-hard-play-hard mentality, with many of their employees being with the firm for 7–15 years, contributing to a fun, supportive, and non-micromanaged environment. With an annual revenue of $100 Million, they are aiming to double in size over the coming years.
Your new role
You will be joining an established team including the Director of Pre-construction alongside an Estimator and Estimating Coordinator, responsible for leading bids ranging up to $5 Million.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Must have 3-7 years of experience in estimating within a GC environment
2. Open to candidates from various sectors, including subcontractors
3. Proficiency in Bluebeam, BuildConnect, Procore, and Onscreen Takeoff
4. Must be a driver, as site walk-throughs are required
