MacKellar is the mining services partner for Bravus' Carmichael Mine, delivering employment and long-term career pathways across regional Queensland. With production continuing to ramp up, we are seeking experienced operators to join our growing, high-performing site.

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 12 months' experience operating 400t+ open-cut mining excavators and large mining dozers.
* Relevant RII competencies or verified training transcript within the last 5 years.
* Current Standard 11 and valid driver's licence.
* Strong commitment to safe work practices.
* Collaborative mindset and flexibility to support operational needs.
* Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and site initiatives.
