* 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
* Expected salary: $25 - $30 per hour
Location: Melbourne, 3004
Hours: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday
We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume café that serves around 200 coffees a day. If you thrive in a busy environment, love engaging with customers, and take pride in delivering top-notch coffee and service, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and beverages
* Take orders and interact with customers with warmth and professionalism
* Bring ideas to the table that could improve efficiency or enhance the customer experience
* Take ownership of the coffee bar and maintain high standards throughout your shift
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of barista experience in Australia
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain speed and quality
* A team player who's also confident working independently
* Someone who genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every customer
