Job Description
As a key member of the enterprise risk and assurance team, you will provide critical support to the company's risk management program. Your primary focus will be on interfacing with all departments across the business to ensure effective risk management.
This is a permanent full-time role based in West Perth, with excellent remuneration package and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist departments with risk development, control design and risk treatment plans
2. Facilitate risk workshops as required
3. Manage the company's risk management software platform
4. Drive the annual update of the risk framework inclusive of recommendations for continual improvement
5. Prepare data analysis and develop reports for inclusion in regular reporting processes
6. Present and inform the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and/or Board on key risk matters as required

Required Skills and Qualifications
Senior and well experienced professional with demonstrated experience at a senior level operating at all levels and ability to interface at Executive and Board level where required. A minimum of 7-10 years operational risk related experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to develop strong working relationships across all areas of the business, including the board of directors.
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of work.
