Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare staff rosters and reconcile timesheets through workforce scheduling platforms.
* Oversee warehouse and event operations, providing support for logistics, and refine standard operating procedures in consultation with managers.
* Coordinate servicing, maintenance, and compliance for the organisation's vehicle fleet and audio-visual equipment.
* Organise training sessions and maintain a skills development matrix for casual and full-time staff to support ongoing professional development.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of operational plans and timelines with managers.
* Report on key operational matters and events to senior management.
* Work collaboratively with managers and team leaders to maintain and strengthen a positive and cooperative team culture.
Qualifications - Essential:
* Minimum of two years' experience in operations or coordination (experience in audio-visual or events highly regarded).
* Demonstrated experience with workforce scheduling platforms such as Connecteam, Deputy, or similar.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and independently, with proven capacity to meet deadlines.
* Current Class C driver's licence.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Additional Requirements:
* Familiarity with Work Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements relevant to events and warehouse operations.
* Experience in the audio-visual, live production, or events industry, with knowledge of industry-standard equipment and practices.
* Experience with Current RMS - AV rental inventory management software.
* Understanding of human resources processes, including onboarding, training, and performance support.
* Formal training or certification in project management, logistics, or event operations.
