The Role
As Sales Representative, you will take ownership of the dealer network across Queensland, driving sales of industrial components and introducing a targeted product line to existing dealers. You will be a key player in expanding market presence while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the dealer network in the QLD region.
* Drive sales and exceed performance targets.
* Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
* Provide technical and product expertise to clients and dealers.
* Maintain accurate sales and activity documentation.
About You
* Experience managing a dealer network (preferred).
* Industry background in gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, or motors.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Solid technical knowledge with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
* Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-driven.
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
