ERP Project Business Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements across Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Travel, and Expense Management value streams.
2. Closely collaborate with business areas and technical teams to create functional specifications within the DTA environment.
3. Support data gathering, cleansing, and validation for migration and reporting purposes.
4. Identify gaps between existing business processes and system capabilities, recommending practical solutions.
5. Develop tools and documentation to support business readiness and change management.
6. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to gather insights and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Support testing, change management, and implementation activities by providing subject matter expertise and ensuring traceability of requirements.
8. Assist with post-go-live support and quality assurance.
