About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest level of fitness and operational programming. This is an exciting time for Genesis Fitness Smithfield as we look to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Club Manager, to build and lead a passionate, professional and highly engaged team.
Your key responsibilities include:
o Achieving sales targets
o Manage and motivate a sales team
o Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
o Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
o Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members
o Manage all day to day operational tasks of the business
You must:
o Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
o Have club management experience (essential)
o Be results driven
o Certificate III/IV in Fitness (desired)
o Have experience managing staff and budgets
o Have a passion for health and fitness
o Sales experience (essential)
