Event Coordinator
Drive growth in our business by planning and executing events from start to finish.
This role plays a crucial part in the continued success and growth of our wine events program.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administration and coordination of events across all locations
* Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders during event planning
* Manage catering and event logistics
* Manage event run sheet to provide key information
* Manage event setup, pack down and follow-ups
* Work collaboratively between teams to ensure events are executed successfully
Success measures include:
* Ensuring all events are executed on time, on brand and to a high standard
* Helping to reach event targets - for new and existing members
* Ensuring audience growth and engagement targets are met
* Ensuring customer service standards are met and exceeded
Requirements include:
* Experience in event management or a keen interest in this area
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Domestic travel involved and a valid drivers licence is required
