Alliance Safety Equipment (ASE) is seeking a full-time, engaged, self-driven, and customer-focused person to join our dynamic team in Townsville, as our Business Development Executive.
Our goal is to enable people to be safe in the workplace and to assist our customers in the prevention of occupational disease and injuries. We partner with the best manufacturers and product specialists to supply quality safety products which are fit for purpose. Our specialty is the technical aspects of safety, delivered through sales, service and hire of confined space entry, height safety, respiratory and hydration equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the sales operations of Alliance Safety Equipment for the North and North West Queensland region.
The key accountabilities for this role are:
* Promote and sell the full range of Alliance Safety Equipment products and services
* Maintain and grow the Alliance Safety Equipment customer base
* Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and customers
* Ensure positive customer outcomes and satisfaction
* Contribute to an effective team
* Ability to travel regularly within the assigned geographic location (including overnight stays)
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and energetic person who can demonstrate the ability to generate sales and have excellent communication, organisational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
A driver's licence is essential for this role and you must have a Right to Work in Australia to apply for this position.
Remuneration package (Salary range $80K to $100K) plus super, motor vehicle, phone, laptop and bonuses to be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
