This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
Day to day duties
No two days are ever the same working at the College. You'll be joining a dynamic and diverse organisation where every day brings new opportunities to learn, connect and make an impact. Your daily work will vary depending on the needs of the team, our students and the wider organisation keeping things fresh, exciting and rewarding.

Required skills and qualifications
Skills
* Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to supporting young people
* Ability to use a range of Information Technology/Information Communication Technology systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to engage groups of students through the delivery of personal development tutorials
* Ability to analyse and interpret basic student related data, for example relating to patterns of absence/absence levels
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks through to completion within prescribed deadlines
Education
* English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above/willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
* Willingness and ability to undertake Level 3 Award in Education and Training
