Join a Nationally recognised brand as a Store Manager at their high-performing Parramatta location Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead, inspire and coach your team to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.

About You:
* 1-2+ Years experience as a Store Manager or Flagship Assistant Store Manager position
* Confident in people leadership and developing your teams to success
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service throughout
* Experience with meeting and exceeding Sales & KPIs
* Ability to lead by example and drive business goals whilst promoting a positive team culture
