Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct assessments and provide counselling to support clients in navigating career change.
2. Develop strategies to help clients achieve their career goals.
3. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, and insurers, to drive positive outcomes.
4. Identify barriers to returning to work and design programmes to assist injured employees.
5. Educate employers on the benefits of supporting staff through rehabilitation.
Requirements
* You must be registered with AHPRA or ASORC.
* A tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology is required.
* Possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* We encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving.
