Job Opportunity
Monadelphous is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services division on a full-time basis. This role will be based in the Brisbane Office, Monday to Friday, with occasional requirements for site visits to Papua New Guinea.
The key responsibilities include:
* Subcontractor claim management
* Monitoring and reporting project costs
* Tracking purchase orders and deliveries
* Client invoicing
* Internal reporting
* Cost and budget tracking
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in a cost control role or supporting a cost control role in the resources sector
* Proficient user of MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
* Experience using cost management systems/tools
* High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
* Proven ability to work as a team player, eagerness to learn new systems, and work in dynamic environments
