The purpose of this job is to support Bupa Medical Visa Services (BMVS) in delivering health assessments on behalf of the Australian Government to customers applying for visas to live, work or study in Australia. BMVS plays a key role in enabling migration while protecting Australia's high health standards through the visa and migration medical service.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide first-level information and instructions, guiding customers through the medical assessment process to ensure they understand what they need to do and why
* Be essential in mobilising a positive and professional customer experience and journey through the BMVS Assessment Centre and visa medical process
* Adhere to established process and procedure accurately, assisting the customer through the initial steps of the assessment process
* Have well-developed communication skills to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals, adapting communication style to meet customer needs and convey information clearly
* Demonstrate sound IT and computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, customer databases and telephony systems
* Work effectively within a highly structured environment driven by procedure and process, adhering to established processes, quality standards and targets
