Sales Representative – Signage & Exhibition Industry
We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing signage and exhibition team.
This is not a typical sales role. You will work closely with clients from initial enquiry through to project delivery, helping businesses bring their brands to life through custom signage, exhibition stands, displays, events, and fit-out solutions.
You will be the key point of contact for clients, preparing quotations, providing project advice, and coordinating with our design and production teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
* Meet with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
* Prepare draft cost estimates and quotations for signage and exhibition projects
* Follow up leads, quotations, and ongoing opportunities
* Coordinate with designers, project managers, and production teams
* Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events when required
* Manage projects from enquiry through to completion
* Ensure excellent customer service and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Skills & Experience Essential
* Previous experience in the signage, exhibition, events, shopfitting, or display industry
* Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
* Ability to interpret client briefs and provide practical solutions
* Experience preparing quotations and preliminary project cost estimates
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
* Valid Australian driver's licence
Highly Regarded
* Project management experiences
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Experience with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or other 3D design software
* Understanding of exhibition stand construction, custom fabrication, and print production
* Existing network within the events, exhibitions, or signage industries
