This is a 12‐month max‐term full‐time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
* End‐to‐end management, implementation and optimisation of Paid Search, Programmatic, Affiliate, and Digital Audio channels to drive efficient customer growth across the ROLLiN' portfolio.
* Manage daily performance operations including budgets, bid strategies, pacing, measurement, experimentation and campaign enhancements.
* Deliver channel strategies aligned to marketing and business goals, using data‐driven recommendations to strengthen acquisition outcomes.
* Run analysis that uncovers performance opportunities (including budget forecasting), shaping optimisation decisions and informing future investment choices.
* Lead testing programs that improve conversion, automation, targeting accuracy and channel effectiveness and run Beta testing.
* Manage accurate tagging, reporting and dashboards to ensure performance visibility and data integrity across stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships with publishers, technology partners and internal teams to deliver high‐quality execution and continuous improvement.
* Keep up to date and share best practise/industry innovations with the broader team.
What You'll Bring
* Hands‐on Paid Search and Programmatic experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft, SA360, DV360, CM360, GA4 or similar tools.
* Ability to interpret data, spot patterns and turn insights into practical channel actions.
* A growth mindset with a test‐and‐learn approach. Comfortable trying new ideas and iterating quickly in a lean environment.
* Strong communication skills to simplify performance insights and guide stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage budgets, workflows and competing priorities effectively.
* Curiosity, adaptability and a collaborative approach that strengthens team culture and outcomes.
