Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our factory maintenance team. This key member will support ABB robots integrated in our production process.
The successful candidate will identify opportunities for factory improvements, downtime reduction, and process enhancements through state-of-the-art technology and industrial-scale robots.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting meetings to review downtime and collaborate on improvement activities
* Reviewing and updating TPM boards and conducting audits
* Conducting daily analysis of downtime events and updating the daily lost unit log with countermeasures
* Weekly and monthly analysis and reporting of downtime events
* Coordinating and analyzing preventative and predictive maintenance activities, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, and thermography
* Reviewing and modifying maintenance PMs for effectiveness
* Ensuring all follow-up improvement activities are entered into the system and tracked to completion
Requirements include:
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or mechatronic mechanical qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience working within manufacturing or a related sector with robotics
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* The ability to manage changes and multiple challenges simultaneously
