Job Title: HR Business Partner
This role is critical in executing people initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and the ability to monitor employee engagement levels. Their passion for innovative HR solutions will ensure success in this role.
Responsibilities:
* Understanding business goals and recommending new approaches to drive continual improvements.
* Creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs.
* Implementing HR initiatives to drive an overall culture of excellent employee relations and communication.
* Cross-functional collaboration with various teams including finance and payroll.
* Support in developing innovative shift models.
* Coaching and mentoring key stakeholders and leaders across logistics teams.
* Proactive gathering of data from appropriate sources to drive decision making.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in a HR role within a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to positively persuade and influence.
* Proven affinity for working in large scale workforce management.
* Ability to provide meaningful counselling to Fulfillment Centre teams.
* Long term vision for departmental growth.
* Intellectual curiosity.
