Job Title: Wholesale Accounts Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Accounts Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with wholesale retailers and key accounts in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building, maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing accounts
* Organising and implementing go-to-market processes, quarterly and six-monthly indent sell-ins
* Conducting product training sessions to ensure features and benefits are communicated to wholesale partners
* Identifying and presenting product assortments to correct wholesale target consumers
* Demonstrating excellence in customer management and developing productive call cycles
* Organising and attending various conferences and events
* Analysing and optimising the sell-in and sell-out performance of partner stores
* Monitoring and helping manage inventory levels at each partner store to optimise sell-in and sell-out
* Effectively managing personal sales pipelines
* Maintaining accurate reporting on the performance of the Australia and NZ marketplace
* Setting KPI goals, budgets, objectives, and marketing plans for each Partner Store and communicating with owners and buying groups
Requirements:
* Extensive experience with both B2B sales and account management
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
* Demonstrated experience of a minimum 2-5 years in a similar role or similar team environment
* Knowledge of footwear retail (preferred) or retail in general and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, and techniques
* Excellent time management and self-motivation
* Intermediate computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office (email, Excel, Word, presentation software)
